The deadlines for 2026:

 

Please arrange your matches in good time, particularly as people can be away a lot (especially in August).

 

For the tournament to run smoothly it is crucial that everyone makes a great effort to get their matches played in good time*

and with the minimum of trouble for those good enough to do the phoning around to arrange the games.

 

  • Men's Doubles:

    • All matches to be played by 1st July

    • Quarter final to be played by 26th July

    • Semi final to be played by 30th August
       

  • Ladies' Doubles:

    • All matches to be played by 1st July

    • Quarter final to be played by 26th July

    • Semi final to be played by 30th August
       

  • Mixed Doubles:

    • All matches to be played by 1st July

    • Quarter final to be played by 26th July

    • Semi final to be played by 30th August
       

  • Veterans' Doubles:

    • All matches to be played by 30th August
       

  • Wannabes' Doubles:

    • All group matches to be played by 1st July

    • Semi final to be played by 26th July

    • Final to be played by 30th August

     

  • 2 Generations:

    • 2 matches to be played by 12th July

    • All group matches to be played by 20th August

    • Final to be played on Finals Day (time permitting - 31st August)

     

  • Singles: All matches to be played by 30th August

* N.B. Having not played matches on time causes major headaches for fellow competitors (and the committee!)

So: those pairs not meeting the deadline, or not having played sufficient matches by the deadline, will not go forward to the knock-out stages.

(They can continue to play in the Round Robin until Finals Day).

 

Should you be having problems getting the other pairs in your group to play matches, please inform the committee well before the deadline, so that any appropriate action can be taken.
